ABOUT ME

  • My name is Bakh!

  • I use They / She / He pronouns (I'm comfortable with any gendered terms)

  • I'm Italian and Brazilian (Speaks Italian and English only)

  • Do not have fear to approach me and try to be my mutual, my dms are open!

  • My account is both for fanarts and original works, I'm an amateur artist who hopes to turn my art into a profession

  • I cannot control who interacts with me but I’ll block if I find out you fall in the basic DNI criteria

How do I proceed with the commissioned Artwork

  1. The client has to contact me through Twitter or Instagram's private messages, confirming that they've read the terms and conditions

  2. The deadline is decided

  3. I’ll show the artwork’s preliminary sketches, they’ll vary pose or color-wise and the client will guide me choosing which they'd prefer me to finish (this procedure might not happen if the client already has a specific commission in mind)

  4. The client will pay 50% of the price, non-refundable (this technique is used to avoid frauds so please respect it)

  5. I’ll send a low-pixelated finished product and the client will point out if they want anything changed. (In this phase the whole artwork cannot be changed but some particulars or background can be added. The price will rise accordingly and will be chosen another delivery date)

  6. The client will pay the other half of the remaining price, non-refundable

  7. The Artwork will be provided to the Client via email or an online download location in .jpeg, .png or PDF. Files will be of highest resolution and include a watermarked and an un-watermarked version of the finished product.

MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Any extra character will cost 50% of the original price each

  • If the client wants a complex physical background (AKA everything that isn’t flat colors or graphics added particulars) the price will go up by 50%

  • If the client wants an extra object with the subject, the price rises 10% for each added (objects that are part of the character's body or clothes aren’t considered extra objects)

  • All the commissions are fully colored with simple shading and lighting, unless the client requests otherwise

  • The artist owns the commissioned work’s copyright, however it can be used in profiles pictures, online reposts and personal use ONLY with visible proper credit (AKA, my account’s name)

  • Use of my artworks as NFTs or submitting any of my artworks to any kind of contest is absolutely forbidden

  • The Artist has the right to refuse any commission request, without needing to explain the reason-The Artist retains full copyright for any sketches made in the creation of the Commission, unless agreed otherwise

  • The Artist will prioritize each Commission request accordingly

  • The Artist will NOT take on Commissions that have strict or short deadlines or if the Client is not flexible on deadlines

  • The commission can be private or public, if public the Artist can use the commission for public display, on the opposite if it’s private it’ll remain confidential between the Artist and the Client

  • Digital art Commissions will be provided to the Client via email or an online download location in .jpeg, .png or PDF in the highest resolution and a watermarked and an un-watermarked version

  • The Client may request a preview of the Commission at any time during the creation process

  • The Artist has the right to stop working on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to rude/inappropriate behavior or a breach of these Terms of Service

  • Once the client pays, the money isn't refundable
